Let’s be honest—truth has a way of making people uncomfortable. It always has.
Jesus didn’t get crucified for being polite. He got crucified for telling the truth. He called out the religious elite. He flipped tables. He told people to repent, not “follow your heart.”
He said He was the only way to the Father. That message offended people back then… and it still does today.
At Raiment Wear, we’re not in the business of soft-selling salvation. We don’t do vague.
We don’t do fluffy. And we’re definitely not trying to blend in.
Our shirts say things like:
-
All My Heroes Did Time (Now They're Doing Eternity)
-
He Loved the Hell Out of You
-
This Shirt Might Get You Beat Up
Not to be edgy for the sake of it—but because the Gospel is edgy. It confronts sin. It exposes lies. It shines a blinding light in dark places. And that’s exactly why we wear it loud.
Why Bold Matters
We’ve had people tell us to tone it down. Use softer language. Avoid controversy.
But here’s the deal—if the message of Jesus doesn’t disturb something in this broken world, then it probably isn’t being preached right.
The Gospel isn’t about good vibes and nice morals. It’s about a bloody cross and an empty tomb. It’s about denying yourself, not indulging yourself. It’s a call to die so that you can truly live. That kind of message will always rattle cages. And it should.
Our Shirts Are for the Real Ones
We make shirts for people who’ve come out of addiction, religion, church hurt, and prison. For people who know what it costs to follow Jesus. For people who aren’t trying to be popular—they’re trying to be faithful.
If that’s you, then welcome. You’ve found your tribe. If it’s not… stick around. You just might find out what real freedom feels like.
